Summary


We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate, Client Experience Team to join our dynamic team located in Frankfurt.


Responsibilities


  • Performing scanning of documents, quality control of files using document scanning equipment
  • Prepare and organize working paper files for tax return preparation including scanning and uploading source documents received in physical or electronic form from clients into the document management system
  • Filing, correspondence, faxing, preparation and distribution of documents and other materials, and photocopying for professional staff as required
  • Track and maintain records of returned, as well as, in-house source documents
  • Responsible for the shipments electronically & paper including checking mail, managing mailing of documents including going to the post office/courier drop location
  • Other duties as assigned/necessary from time to time

 

Requirements


  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to work well in a team environment/team player
  • Adaptability and proactive attitude
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Proficient with software applications/programs i.e. MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Willingness to learn new software packages


Work remotely

  • Position requires in office attendance.
